Additional Charges
Nagano Prefecture Accommodation Tax
In accordance with the Nagano Prefecture ordinance, an accommodation tax is charged separately from the accommodation price.
From June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029, an additional JPY 200 per person per night will be charged for taxable stays.
From June 1, 2029, the tax will be JPY 300 per person per night.
The tax will not be charged when the accommodation price is less than JPY 6,000 per person per night or when an exemption or exclusion under the ordinance applies.
Payment instructions for the accommodation tax will be provided at the time of booking or before check-in.
If any other charges apply to a particular accommodation plan, they will be shown on the booking page.
Payment Methods
Advance online payment is required.
Due to the specifications of the booking system, the booking page displays “Pay at property”; however, payment is not made at the property and must instead be completed online in advance.
After you submit a booking request through our website, we will send a link to a Stripe payment page to your registered email address.
Please pay using a credit card, QR code payment method, or another online payment method shown on the payment page.
Available payment methods are limited to those displayed on the Stripe payment page at the time of payment.
Payment Timing
Payment must be completed within 48 hours after we send the email containing the payment-page link.
If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, we may cancel the provisional reservation.
The date on which the charge is processed or debited may vary depending on the rules of your card issuer or payment service provider.
Formation of Reservation
A booking request submitted through our website is treated as a provisional reservation.
After receiving the booking request, we will send an online payment link by email.
The reservation is confirmed only when online payment of the accommodation price has been completed.
After payment has been completed, we will send a reservation confirmation.
If payment cannot be confirmed within 48 hours after we send the email containing the payment-page link, we may cancel the provisional reservation.
Timing of Service
Accommodation services will be provided on the stay date specified in the reservation.
Please refer to the applicable accommodation plan, booking page, or information provided after confirmation for check-in and check-out times.
Cancellations and Changes
The cancellation fee and the period during which cancellation is permitted are governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the accommodation plan booked.
The cancellation policy will be displayed on the booking page before you submit your booking request. Please review it carefully.
If you cancel after the applicable cancellation-fee period has begun, the prescribed cancellation fee will be charged.
Changes to the stay date, number of guests, or other reservation details may not be accepted, depending on availability and other circumstances.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not contacted us in advance, all or part of the accommodation price may be charged as a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to your accommodation plan.
Refunds
If a refund is due under the applicable cancellation policy, it will be issued through the payment method originally used.
Depending on processing by the card issuer or payment service provider, it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement or in your account balance.
Refunds After Accommodation Service
Due to the nature of accommodation services, refunds cannot be provided for customer-requested reasons after the accommodation service has been provided.
This does not apply if we are unable to provide the accommodation service for reasons attributable to us.
Other Terms
Other conditions relating to reservations and accommodation are governed by the applicable accommodation plan, booking page, accommodation terms and conditions, or terms of use.
Language
This English translation is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between this English version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
